Retrace,
Reshape,
Repeat!
Our grassroots initiatives span a wide range of issues that are key to achieving a sustainable and gender-empathetic way of living for a positive and holistic transformation of organisations, institutions, communities, and our society.

The strength of our intersectional approach lies in our vision to tackle issues relating to sustainability and gender under one roof. We believe they have complementing interdependencies that are best placed to arrive at a society founded on mutual respect, empathy and altruism towards life and the environment

We look to rouse and inspire community participation in a sustained and self-sufficient manner and ensure that our initiatives use local languages wherever possible.
Project
Renge
Project Renge is our programme for conducting gender harassment and sexual harassment workshops for students, teachers and staff at educational institutions.

Teachers and mentors play a crucial role in conditioning perspectives and inclinations of children and young adults in their budding years. Any misguided behaviour can remain embedded and lead to skewed preconceptions about sex, gender and sexual orientation.

Along with a detailed understanding of the legal framework and rights relating to sexual harassment on campus, our workshops also focus on understanding offensive, desensitized and biased behaviour and attitudes.
Trashing
it

TrashingIt, is our project that focuses on introducing and increasing access to waste management, circular design and sustainable practises.

Cleanliness and recycling drives, waste segregation at source, efficient waste collection systems, community composting, upcycling initiatives and sustainable waste disposal are some initiatives under TrashingIt.

Our waste management programmes rapport with nature through self sufficient community engagement.
